Our project teams are led by Senior Project Mangers who will spearhead the initial project planning, construction sequencing, project scheduling, material procurement, estimating, value engineering and budget management.
We emphasize clear and open communication amongst the project team members, including the project field staff. We orchestrate regular construction meetings with the tenant, architect, construction manager, property manager and key subcontractors, where the project’s current issues are discussed, including schedule, budget, and quality. We facilitate submission and approval of all equipment, material and fixtures to ensure dimensions and installation methods are coordinated, as well as delivery within the anticipated schedule parameters. We manage all of the municipal inspections necessary to obtain the projects’ substantial completion for a successful tenant move in.
Tenants, landlords, construction managers, and brokers solicit our budgeting services to help determine construction pricing which aids in evaluating the terms of the proposed lease, relative to real costs.
We assemble and coordinate all project documents and records, including warranties, operating manuals, and as-built drawings in an easy electronic format for our clients.
